It didn't occur to me when I posted this pattern 5 years ago. For the size above, 1 skein of Cotton-Ease (207 yds) was more than enough. If you have Ravely account you can see how much others are using by looking at their projects (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/caidens-skirt/people). It seems like it is around 150-200 yds.
